#14-139 Executive Director, Foundation (0.8 FTE), Salaried position
The Valley General Hospital Foundation, a non-profit 501(C)(3) organization, is recruiting an Executive Director to work directly for the Foundation Board and work collaboratively with the Chief Executive Officer of Valley General Hospital to establish goals, objectives and strategies for the fundraising efforts of the Valley General Hospital Foundation. The Executive Director designs, develops, implements, and evaluates new and ongoing fundraising initiatives to ensure successful long-term financial growth of the Foundation. This position requires a minimum of 2 to 4 years of progressively responsible diversified fundraising experience in a not-for-profit setting with proven success in major gifts and donor development. This position also requires experience in event planning, and will be responsible for the annual golf tournament and gala event. Prior development experience in a healthcare environment and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred.
