New Physician and Name Change to Hospital Clinic
Ryan Hudson, MD Joins Sky River Medical Group

Monroe, WA –New to the Monroe medical community is Ryan Hudson, MD. Dr. Hudson is a family medicine physician with specialized training in sports medicine. He will be joining Sky River Medical Group (a Valley General Hospital clinic) and will begin seeing patients this week.

Dr. Hudson’s arrival brings a name change to Valley General Hospital’s internal medicine clinic – Sky River Internal Medicine. The hospital opened Sky River Internal Medicine in August 2005 with one physician. Since then, the clinic has experienced growth due to the need for primary care access in East Snohomish County.

There will now be three physicians practicing in the clinic – Dr. Hudson joins internal medicine physicians Diane Doerner, MD and John Okemah, MD. (The hospital will also be adding another family medicine physician to the clinic in October of this year.)

Dr. Hudson attended medical school at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. He completed a family medicine residency at the University of Washington and also a fellowship at O’Connor Hospital (Stanford Affiliated Program) Sports Medicine.
