Sports Medicine
Sports Medicine Clinic Location: The Sky River Medical Group Sports Medicine clinic is located on the third floor of Valley General Hospital’s Medical Office Building within the Evergreen Orthopedic office.
Sports Medicine Clinic Hours: Tuesday and Fridays from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Sports Medicine Appointment: Appointments and more information is available by calling Sky River Medical Group at 360-863-4693.
Parking: There is ample free parking available.
